Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role at Wells Fargo leading moderately complex initiatives, designing and coding projects, and resolving technical challenges within the technology domain environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain
Review moderately complex technical challenges
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
Lead projects and act as an escalation point

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
Backend Java
J2EE
Spring Boot
Microservices
Understanding of application development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Good Communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

C++ knowledge
Exposure to SQL databases
Experience in Capital markets
Investment banking
Counterparty credit risk
