Job Responsibility
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Requirements
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Should have strong hands-on experience working on Workday Security Administrator tasks including but not limited to: Experience in implementing, maintaining and overall administrator of the Workday platform
Experience in maintaining system configuration, security matrix, data audits and releases of new functionality
Configure changes to security setup within Workday
Create security models based on key functional responsibilities of the end user
Review/approve Workday HCM application security requests and create and document proper internal security controls
Grant security access to Workday following security protocols
Manage and maintain listing of security definitions
Assist in the management of EIB process, perform data loads as needed
Help manage Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities associated with new release
Support regression testing and introduction of required changes as new Workday releases are introduced
Continually monitor Workday community for updates and changes
Knowledge of automated testing tools like Kainos
Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must
