About the Role: The Kora Serverless team has the vision to build the best serverless experience for Kora - Confluent’s cloud native Kafka service. As a Senior Software engineer, you will design and build efficient and performant algorithms for right sizing, load balancing and seamless scalability of Kora. You will be instrumental in driving the vision and roadmap providing technical leadership, mentoring, and enabling a high-performing engineering team to tackle complex distributed data challenges at scale.
