Dandy is transforming the dental industry. The Clinical Experience team is redefining the clinical experience in dentistry, starting with the way dentists interact with their dental lab. Our mission is to provide concierge-level clinical expertise for complex cases and send-and-forget reliability for everything else, so dentists can focus on what they do best – caring for patients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products
  • Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics
  • Proactively identify and prioritize improvements to the team’s processes, codebases, and best practices
  • Work primarily with Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer
  • Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks (such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack)
  • You’re self-directed and can operate autonomously to deliver scaled impact
  • Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
