Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Microsoft Clarity is a large scale user behavior analytics platform used by millions of websites to understand how users interact with their site. We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Engineer to help build and evolve Clarity’s high performance analytics platform, owning data accuracy, coverage, and efficiency while designing systems that operate safely at internet scale. In this role, you will develop performance sensitive web and data platforms, build AI forward product experiences, and apply solid engineering fundamentals to deliver reliable, secure, and insight driven capabilities with minimal impact on customer sites. You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ship end to end features, influence architecture decisions, and raise the quality bar across the team.
