Senior Software Engineer, Front End

Temporal is revolutionizing how organizations manage distributed systems at scale through our innovative platform. Our UI team builds intuitive, powerful interfaces that make complex distributed systems understandable and usable across both our open-source offering and Temporal Cloud. We’re seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer (also open to mid-level) to join our UI team and play a key role in building and evolving the user experience for Temporal’s products. In this role, you’ll take ownership of complex frontend features across our enterprise SaaS platform and open-source projects, delivering performant, scalable, and thoughtfully designed interfaces that handle real-time, high-volume system data. You’ll partner closely with designers, Cloud/SDK/Server engineers, and product leaders to translate complex system behavior into clear, intuitive user experiences, while maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and accessibility.
