Job Responsibility:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Maintaining and enhancing Cloud based web applications for Loan Onboarding in the Commercial Real Estate Area.
Requirements:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Full Stack developer with hands on coding experience with .NET Core
Should possess good knowledge of UI Framework like React / Angular
Should be strong at Web and WCF services
Familiarity with REST API development and related tools (e.g. Postman, swagger)
Build Unit Tests using XUnit and Automation Tests using Selenium, C#
Strong JavaScript/Typescript and Advance JS proficiency and responsive design knowledge (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap)
Experience working with Oracle or SQL Server databases with ability to write medium/complex queries
Experience integrating front-end with back-end services.
Should have good knowledge of DevOps Processes and tools.
Exposure to Azure/OCP
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong work experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Ability to work independently with all stakeholders under minimal supervision
Should be flexible about work hours to provide better overlap with the US team
Understand the security standards of the organization and develop accordingly.
Design and develop robust and scalable software components.
Ensure software deliveries are as per agreed timelines.
Implement defect free quality code by writing appropriate unit-tests and regression tests.
Highlight risks on timely basis so that delivery is not impacted.
Should be able to build good rapport with various Project stakeholders (Developers, Scrum Master etc.) and interface developers both in US and India.
Coordinate with other team members and business experts across the application to translate key strategic objectives into actionable and governable roadmaps and designs.
Build high performing, scalable, secure and resilient systems.
Design and develop RESTful micro services and deploy to containers.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Build and execute Unit Test and Automation test scripts.
Implement DevOps Build/release pipeline.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Analyze business and technology challenges and suggest solutions
