We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join as the founding engineer of a new Enterprise Software Engineering function within IT. You’ll work directly with the Director to build internal tools, automations, and integrations that eliminate manual work and solve real operational problems across the business. This is not a traditional enterprise IT role. You’ll use AI-assisted development as your primary workflow, shipping production-quality software in days, not months, while establishing the technical foundations that future hires will build upon. Over time, your highest leverage will increasingly come from defining specs, context, and reusable patterns that direct AI agents, while still writing hands-on code for the hardest problems.
