Senior Software Engineer - Business Performance

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients
• Design and implement technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and usability across our fullstack applications (React, Ruby on Rails, JVM ecosystem)
• Strong design and architecture skills: you contribute to technical decisions, not just implementation
• A track record of balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability under real constraints
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development workflows, and able to help your team raise their own proficiency
• Share your expertise and collaborate across teams to evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standards
• In BP, the scope is broad, and the topics are diverse

• Fullstack software engineering experience with React and the JVM ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot) - Ruby experience is a bonus
• User first mindset and committed to building secure, well-tested, and pragmatic code
• Strong testing culture and passionate about code quality and system resiliency
• Proactive, curious, and eager to share knowledge through pair programming and collaboration
