The IDEAS Sentiment team powers how product groups across Microsoft 365—including Copilot, Windows, Teams, Outlook, Edge, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more—listen to customers at scale, generate insights, and close the loop. We are now pushing into a new frontier: agentic AI that can reason, orchestrate tasks, enrich feedback, and autonomously produce actionable insights across millions of signals. We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in agentic AI, LLM systems, modern AI CLI tooling, and scalable cloud architectures. This individual contributor role is designed for an AI expert who will elevate engineering excellence and accelerate our transformation into an Agentic AI-first sentiment intelligence platform.
