Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) with deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly within ITSM Workspaces. This role involves designing and developing scalable solutions, enhancing user experience, and driving platform efficiency across ITSM modules.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain
Review moderately complex technical challenges
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
Lead projects and act as an escalation point
Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM Workspace components
Customize core ITSM modules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
Implement and optimize workflows, business rules, client/server scripts, and integrations
Ensure platform performance through analytics, process mining, and KPI tracking
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Maintain documentation and support platform upgrades and enhancements

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certification preferred
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Performance Analytics
Familiarity with integration tools and techniques
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
