Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer role at Wells Fargo focusing on RPA UiPath and AI/GenAi. The position involves leading moderately complex initiatives, designing and developing automation solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and working on enterprise-grade automation projects with a focus on innovation and intelligent automation.

Job Responsibility:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet client needs
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance to less experienced staff
Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath
Leverage UiPath's Agentic AI capabilities to build intelligent, context-aware automation workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
Evaluate and implement AI-driven automation options including NLP, ML models, and decision intelligence
Ensure robust documentation, testing, and governance of automation solutions
Stay current with UiPath's evolving AI features and industry trends

Requirements:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience
4+ years of strong hands-on experience working on UI Path development
Experience with UiPath development including Orchestrator, Studio, and Insights
Proven experience with AI integration in automation workflows using UiPath's AI Center, Test Suite, Document Understanding, and Agentic AI tools
Strong understanding of automation strategy, process mining, and business process optimization
Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps practices for automation delivery
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Python, .NET, or other scripting languages used in automation

Nice to have:

Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps)
Exposure to HR systems and processes
Experience with HR operations with workday application
