Job Description:

As part of the dynamic Claims Adjudication Development Engineering team, you will be expected to be proficient in all critical functions of the application development and will champion SDLC methodologies with a deep understanding of best practices to ensure that quality standards are met. This team directly impacts the lives of our pharmacy customers by creating systems that process prescriptions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage assigned functional areas through detailed planning of projects, resources and skillset mapping
Ensure resources are planned according to the functional and technical skillset required
Successfully deliver all projects and programs without compromising quality, budget, scope and schedule
Meet scheduled milestones to ensure projects/programs objectives are met
Provide guidance to project teams on principles, practices and techniques
Contribute to IT project planning for one or more business areas
Set yearly goals focusing on career development
Provide formal and informal feedback to address performance gaps
Consult with business and IT stakeholders during execution of projects

Requirements:

7+ years of Information Technology experience
5+ years of experience leading large or multiple application teams
8+ years of experience in information technology principles, development methodologies and use of platforms/applications or software products
8+ years of experience mentoring and supervising full time employees work and career development
8+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

10+ years of experience managing high performing delivery teams within legacy systems like IBMi
Health Care and PBM background
IBMi/AS400 Series, Cloud experience, AI tools
