Job Description:

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will design and develop enterprise healthcare software, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and mentoring junior developers. Job Responsibility:

Design and develop enterprise healthcare software, ensuring project delivery, code quality, and system performance
Hands-on software development, testing and code reviews
Support application and cloud back-end
Collaborate across teams
Prepare technical documentation
Mentor junior developers

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including a minimum of 3 years specializing in Service/Health Cloud declarative customization
5+ years of Salesforce Service/Health Cloud development experience, with demonstrated knowledge of Lightning Web Components and Service/Health Cloud data model
3+ years of experience using GIT-based source control systems and CI/CD tools such as AutoRabbit or Copado
3+ years working within healthcare, insurance, or payer organizations, with direct involvement in projects supporting patient engagement systems

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Scaled Agile software delivery methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Rally
Experience with MuleSoft or other ETL/Middleware tools
