Job Description:

CVS Health is looking for an Application configuration for Epic Ambulatory module to assist the EPIC Development team. In this role, you will understand, leverage, and execute Ambulatory build/configuration and maintenance needs in Epic. You will also participate in the development of configuration protocols, requirements/design documentation and definition of test cases.

Job Responsibility:

Application configuration for Epic Ambulatory module
Understand, leverage, and execute Ambulatory build/configuration and maintenance needs in Epic
Participate in development of configuration protocols, requirements/design documentation and definition of test cases
Create and fulfill EHR use cases
Identify business and functional requirements
Work with IT resources to translate requirements and workflows to technical specifications
Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation
Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined
Work with Project Managers/Product Owners to identify tasks and associated estimates
Support execution of vendor upgrades, system changes and environment maintenance procedures
Participate in analysis of current state processes
Collaborate with clinical business and reporting users to create future state processes
Identify and document process and data gaps

Requirements:

5-7 years related work experience
Epicare Ambulatory certification (up to date)
Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP)
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
