Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in SQL Server to join our dynamic team at TechM Blr ITPL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on database management and optimization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and implement database solutions using SQL Server
Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure high availability and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
Develop and maintain documentation for database architecture and processes
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SQL Server and software development

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Higher Degree
7-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on SQL Server
Proven experience with SQL Server, including database design, development, and administration
Strong proficiency in T-SQL and experience with stored procedures, triggers, and functions
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries
Solid understanding of database security, backup, and recovery strategies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

Experience with other database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS)
Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Understanding of application development frameworks and languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python)
