Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong expertise in VMWare Horizon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our virtualization capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet business needs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on VMWare Horizon integration
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and virtualization
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Higher Degree
  • Strong expertise in VMWare Horizon, including deployment, configuration, and management
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
  • Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile and DevOps practices
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on VMWare Horizon
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
