Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, implement, and scale complex, user-centric IT solutions. This role focuses on building high-performance web and mobile applications using a modern stack centered on React, Next.js, and Elasticsearch. You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle—from architectural design and microservices implementation to automated testing and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate is a security-conscious developer who champions accessibility (AODA/WCAG) and thrives in multidisciplinary Agile teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Full Stack Development: Translate technical specifications into high-quality, tested applications. Develop front-end interfaces with React/Next.js and robust back-end services using Node.js, Golang, or Java
  • Search & Data Engineering: Implement and expand data pipelines
  • leverage Elasticsearch (3+ years experience) to provide high-speed information retrieval and data analysis capabilities
  • Architecture & Microservices: Design and implement modern, scalable architectural patterns and microservices to support complex, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions
  • UI/UX & Accessibility: Build responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces using React Native, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.0 / ARIA standards and internal design systems
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage cloud delivery models and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines
  • Automated Testing: Design and execute automated testing strategies—including Unit, SIT, and UAT—using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Mocha, or BrowserStack
  • Agile Leadership: Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, design sprints, and backlog refinement, contributing technical ideas to the broader product vision

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with React
  • Expert knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, ES6, SCSS, and responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap/Foundation)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Elasticsearch
  • Knowledge of modern backend technologies such as Node.js, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Golang
  • Experience with a wide array of testing frameworks including Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, and Selenium Grid
  • Proven ability to design secure, responsive, and scalable cloud-based architectural patterns
  • Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including participating in design sprints and managing the defect lifecycle in Jira
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
