• Monthly Performance Status Report (where applicable)
• Review Technical Design
• Revise Technical Design Based on Review
• Develop automation scripts based on technical design
• Implement & Promote to User Test environment
• Implement & Promote Production environment
• Document for Knowledge transfer
• Provide support to the development of integration and data migration requirements
• Provide support to the Q&A phase of the project

• Knowledge and expertise in administrating and developing of Oracle Siebel, UCM, OID, BIP, OCH, OEDQ and CRM technologies
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in administering and developing Oracle Siebel 2023, including UCM, OID, BIP, OCH, OEDQ, and CRM technologies
• Proficient in Siebel Tools, configuration, workflows, scripting, Open UI customization, and working with Oracle Database for performance optimization
• Experienced with Siebel modules (Call Center, Sales, Service, Marketing), workflow automation, EAI integrations, and large-scale data migration using EIM
