Job Description:

10Pearls is seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React and Angular frameworks. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, high-performing, and accessible user interfaces. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless, responsive, and visually consistent digital experiences. This position requires strong front-end engineering expertise, a deep understanding of design systems, and a focus on performance and scalability.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and development of complex front-end features, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
  • Own the overall front-end code quality, enforcing best practices such as CI/CD integration, code reviews, and secure coding standards
  • Lead code reviews and front-end architecture discussions
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure the technical direction aligns with business goals
  • Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and proactively work on mitigating them
  • Embrace a consulting mindset by translating technical requirements into business solutions and proposing scalable, efficient approaches
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and mentees, fostering technical growth and sharing best practices
  • Assist in the development and improvement of team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and code quality
  • Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continuously improve technical skills

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with strong proficiency in React and Angular
  • Expertise in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining component libraries and design systems for UI consistency and scalability
  • Strong understanding of Redux, RxJS, or similar state management libraries
  • Familiarity with latest Angular features such as Signals, Defer Blocks, and Standalone Components, and ability to explain their benefits over legacy patterns
  • Experience implementing micro frontends, including parcel props and shared state management
  • Hands-on experience integrating with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure fast, smooth, and scalable applications
  • Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Karma/Jasmine
  • Hands-on with Playwright for end-to-end testing and cross-browser automation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
  • Ability to translate Figma designs into a design system or reusable UI components aligned with best practices
  • Commitment to clean code principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and CI/CD integration for front-end workflows
