Job Responsibility:
Design and develop Testing frameworks/strategies for complex vehicle software/components and services
Provide guidance to architects/teams for execution of programs using SDLC models
Play the role of technical interface to external stakeholders, Play the role of technical mentor for the team
Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ASPICE, Cyber Security and FUSA
Work closely with Project and Engineering Managers to achieve the project targets in terms of content, quality, time and cost. Work in an AGILE development environment
Drive Innovations in the team such as reusability, efficiency, best-known-methods etc
Utilize expertise in embedded systems to design software architectures that leverage microcontroller architectures, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and communication protocols for automotive applications
Act as a primary point of contact for customer engagements related to software architecture design, providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to address customer requirements and concerns
Utilize testing tools and techniques, such as Vector CANalyzer, CANoe, and Renesas hardware, to conduct functional testing, integration testing, and system validation, identifying and resolving architectural issues in a timely manner
Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their feedback, understanding their needs, and proposing innovative software architecture solutions that add value and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Embedded/Automotive industry work experience
Good Knowledge on state-of-the-art design/ development/validation methodologies
Embedded development tools (compilers, debuggers, serial data tools, etc.)
Embedded microcontroller experience (operating systems, I/O drivers, communication drivers, etc.)
Experience in ARM Core (A53/A72) and Real time Core
Familiar with GPU/NPU/DSP
Experience in SOA frameworks: Adaptive AUTOSAR/ROS/DDS
CICD knowledge and familiarity with Gerrit workflow
Proven technical credentials including Patents/Publications/Whitepaper
Excellent communication / presentation skills, Energetic, self-Motivated, and proactive work style
