Senior Social Worker

The Slough Children in our Care service, thrive team 16-25 are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Social Workers who wants to make a real difference to the lives of our children. Our Children in our Care Thrive 16-25 team work with children from 16 to 25 years of age whose care plan is to achieve permanency via adoption or long-term care. As a Senior Social Worker in the Thrive 16-25 Team provides an opportunity for you to develop good relationships with children and young people and have a positive impact on their lives.
