Court Proceedings: Preparing robust assessments, writing statements, and confidently presenting evidence within both public and private law court frameworks
Child-Centred Practice: Ensuring the voice of the child remains central to all interventions, assessments, and care plans
Peer Support: As a Senior worker, providing informal mentoring and support to less experienced team members when required
Requirements
A recognized Social Work qualification and an active registration with Social Work England
Current CP Experience: recent, direct experience working within a fast-paced statutory Child Protection and/or Court team
Pace & Resilience: proven ability to manage tight statutory deadlines, handle complex care proceedings, and adapt to a fast-moving service
Mobility: a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle to cover visits across the local patch
