Job Description:

Job Opportunity: Social Worker for Children Team at Wrexham Council. Position: Senior Social Worker. Teams: Court Team. Location: Wrexham Council. Pay Rate: £33.00 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Extensive post qualifying experience within Children's Services
  • Extensive experience of undertaking assessments of needs and identifying risks
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Child Protection, LAC, Court and the writing/ preparation of court papers
  • Previous experience of attending court proceedings
  • DBS: Must be up-to-date
  • Registration: Registered with Social Care Wales
  • Degree: Social Work or a relevant degree
