As a Children’s Senior Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Job Responsibility:
Assess and manage risk
Attend complex case meetings and present findings
Hold cases at CIN and CP - PP to ICO
Work closely with families, carers, and other professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support
Develop robust partnerships with other teams and outside agencies
to include the police, health, schools and voluntary organisations
Requirements:
A degree in Social Work and you must have completed your ASYE
Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
Experience working with children and families in a social work setting
Strong assessment and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Must reside within a suitable commutable distance around Birmingham
Have the correct right-to-work documents to work in the UK

An incentive payment of £1,000 paid in full in your first months’ salary
