We are welcoming applications for a full-time Senior Social Worker on a 12-month fixed-term or secondment basis, where you will play an essential part in ensuring adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism receive the support they need to thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising team members
  • Opportunity to be involved in various projects
  • Form part of the management team for CTPLD/Autism
  • Hold a case load of people with Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • Fulfil statutory duties on behalf of the service
  • Assessment, support planning and review
  • Direct work with people who have a Learning Disability and or Autism
  • General case management duties

Requirements:

  • Qualified Senior Social Worker
  • Social Work England registered
  • Experience of working within the current Social Care System and Framework
  • Passionate about supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • Drive and enthusiasm to work collaboratively with individuals, families and other professionals
  • Candidates must currently reside in the UK
