Job Responsibility
Executing Statutory Duties: Completing robust, evidence-based Care Act Assessments, Support Plans, and complex Reviews in strict alignment with the Care Act 2014
System Navigation: Utilizing CareDirector daily to accurately record case notes, update assessments, and manage workflows seamlessly
Providing Senior Oversight: Utilizing advanced knowledge to handle complex, multi-agency cases and mentoring junior staff or student social workers where required
Requirements
Recent, direct experience using the CareDirector system
Recognized Social Work qualification and active registration with Social Work England
Deep, demonstrable experience implementing the Care Act 2014 within a statutory adult social care setting
Valid UK driving license, access to a vehicle, and business insurance for community-based visits
