We’re seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of both paid and organic social programs at a national level. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build and scale a social media team from the ground up, shaping the long-term vision, structure, and success of the function.
Job Responsibility
Own the end-to-end social media strategy across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels)
Lead paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization to drive performance (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
Oversee organic social strategy, including content planning, posting cadence, community engagement, and brand voice development
Develop and execute integrated national campaigns aligning paid and organic efforts to maximize reach and engagement
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing social media team, establishing processes, best practices, and long-term structure
Analyze performance data to generate insights, optimize campaigns, and inform strategy
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and brand teams to develop compelling, platform-native content
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand competitive
Requirements
8+ years of experience managing paid and organic social programs at scale
Proven success leading national or multi-market social campaigns with measurable business impact
Experience building or scaling teams, with strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social management tools
Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and optimizing accordingly
Ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
