Job Description

As a Senior Social Media Content Creative, you will be responsible for strengthening Desigual’s presence across social media through innovative content, engaging campaigns and visual storytelling that connects with our community. You will lead the development of social-first narratives, translating brand strategy into impactful and engaging content across platforms while ensuring consistency with Desigual’s tone of voice and visual identity. You will work cross-functionally with design, creative, brand and content teams to develop campaigns and social media initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring relevance, engagement and brand impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of engaging social media campaigns, including content creation, copywriting and storytelling aligned with brand strategy
  • Build and execute social-first narratives across owned channels, ensuring strong brand connection and community engagement
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with brand objectives and engagement KPIs
  • Translate brand and campaign strategies into relevant and platform-adapted social content
  • Ensure consistency between messaging and visual execution across social media platforms
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to align textual content with visual elements and ensure aesthetic coherence
  • Identify and integrate emerging social media trends into content strategies to keep campaigns relevant and innovative

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in content creation with a strong focus on social media campaigns
  • Proven track record developing successful social campaigns and high-engagement content
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
  • Experience working autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Barcelona-based or willing to relocate
  • Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve is highly valued
