  • Partner with Creative on briefs, formats, tone, and storytelling direction
  • Review content and creator deliverables through a social-first, editorial lens
  • Advocate for intentional, culturally relevant creative that reflects how audiences actually consume content
  • Lead creator discovery, vetting, contracting, and relationship management
  • Manage influencer budgets, timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements

  • Translate business priorities and media moments into authentic LinkedIn content
  • Align LinkedIn activity with PR, reputation, and visibility strategies
  • Partner closely with media teams to align social and influencer with paid strategy
  • Collaborate with PR teams on announcements, earned moments, and reputation initiatives
  • Ensure social is fully integrated into broader campaign planning
  • Define meaningful success metrics beyond vanity metrics
  • Analyze performance and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Continuously optimize content, creators, and formats based on insights
  • Serve as a senior day-to-day client contact for social and influencer initiatives
  • Present strategies, creative direction, and performance insights
  • Advise clients on cultural trends, platform changes, and reputational considerations
  • Mentor junior team members as needed
  • Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable systems
  • Help shape the long-term vision for a Social & Influencer practice within the agency

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of experience in organic social and/or influencer marketing
  • Strong creative judgment and platform fluency across major social channels
  • Experience managing influencer programs end-to-end
  • Confidence collaborating with senior media, creative, and PR leaders

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred, with experience developing or reviewing Spanish-language or multicultural social content
  • Experience supporting executive visibility or thought leadership programs
  • Public sector, higher education, or social-impact client experience
  • Interest in helping build and scale a Social & Influencer department

What we offer
