This is a senior creative role with hands-on responsibility and team leadership. You will own both strategy and execution for organic social, ensuring content is rooted in platform behaviour, audience insight and cultural timing. This role is suited to someone who lives in feeds, understands community behaviour and sees social as an evolving ecosystem, not a campaign channel.
Job Responsibility:
Lead creative strategy and execution for organic TikTok and Instagram
Build structured, insight-led content plans grounded in search intent and audience behaviour
Lead ideation sessions, scripting and platform-native storytelling
Write and refine hooks, captions and scripts designed for performance
Direct shoots and oversee pre-production, including briefs, shot lists and delivery timelines
Partner closely with Paid, Influencer and Performance teams to ensure joined-up creative
Bring data and cultural insight into creative decisions
Mentor and develop junior creatives
Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes and emerging formats
Requirements:
Proven experience within a social-first agency environment
Strong BAU and always-on organic content background
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube performance mechanics
Portfolio demonstrating strong ideas, cultural relevance and smart trend adoption
Confident leading shoots and shaping content from concept to publish
Comfortable working cross-functionally within fast-moving teams
Strong understanding of how organic and paid creative align
