3 + year(s) experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations or related work experience OR equivalent experience
3 + year(s) of portfolioed work showcasing experience producing social campaigns and projects Experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross-functional teams Experience with AI tools and automation in creative workflows
3 + year(s) experience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizations Experience producing at multiple altitudes — from asset-level execution to systems-level thinking
