Job Description:

We are recruiting three experienced Senior Social Care Workers to support the operational running of residential services. This is a leadership role requiring strong management experience within a care environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deputising for the Registered Manager
  • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting care staff
  • Conducting inductions and training
  • Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, and service delivery
  • Liaising with Social Work teams, families, and external professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Chairing staff meetings and maintaining quality records

Requirements:

  • Proven senior or line management experience in residential care
  • Strong knowledge of Social Care Codes of Practice
  • Ability to lead teams and manage a busy service
  • Experience in quality assurance and compliance
