An award-winning global social agency is seeking a Senior Social Account Manager to lead and deliver organic social campaigns for major consumer and lifestyle brands. This role sits within a fast-paced, creatively driven team working across household-name clients in FMCG, beverage, lifestyle and tech sectors. You’ll operate as a strategic and hands-on social expert, shaping campaigns, advising clients, collaborating with creative and influencer teams, and ensuring projects land on time and within budget.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the delivery of organic social campaigns from briefing to execution
  • Develop platform-led social strategies that integrate into wider digital campaigns
  • Work closely with client services teams to shape responses, presentations and recommendations
  • Guide creative development, ensuring concepts align with social behaviours, formats and audience insights
  • Manage project budgets
  • Collaborate with influencer, community and creative departments to deliver cohesive social output

Requirements

  • Proven agency background within social and client services
  • Strong experience delivering organic social campaigns for major brands
