Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Small Business Banking Relationship Manager to support customers in an assigned local market by deepening relationships and engaging in prospecting activities. This role involves managing account relationships, analyzing customer financial needs, and recommending financial products to ensure overall success and portfolio growth.

Job Responsibility:

Onboard, manage, and grow account relationships with Small Business customers within assigned portfolios
Assess customer financial needs and recommend financial products and services
Develop exceptional customer relationships with a solid understanding of cash flow and small business operating cycle
Ensure overall success and growth of an assigned portfolio by developing deeper relationships and managing risk
Collaborate and consult with internal small business partners and stakeholders
Engage in prospect activities to generate new small business relationships
Lead or participate in initiatives within small business and contribute to large-scale initiatives

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience sourcing and or managing a portfolio of clients with $1mm - 25mm in annual revenue
Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
Ability to balances needs of clients with associated risks and interests of Wells Fargo
3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
Established network in the local market
Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
A BS/BA degree or higher
