Senior Small Business Banking Relationship Manager

• Onboard, manage, and grow account relationships with Small Business customers (revenue of $1-25MM) within assigned portfolios
• Assess customer's financial needs and recommend financial products and services
• Develop exceptional customer relationships with understanding of cash flow and small business operating cycle
• Ensure overall success and growth of assigned portfolio by developing deeper relationships and managing risk
• Collaborate with internal small business partners to resolve customer or process issues
• Engage in prospect activities and employ contact strategies focused on generating new small business relationships
• Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives related to customer relationships and business growth

• 4+ years of Business Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of experience sourcing and or managing a portfolio of clients with $1mm - $25mm in annual revenue
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
• Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of Wells Fargo
• 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
• Established network in the local market
• Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• A BS/BA degree or higher
• Meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies
• Meet financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards
