Job Description:

Senior Small Business Banking Relationship Manager supporting customers in an assigned local market by deepening relationships and engaging in prospecting activities. Part of the growing Small & Business Banking Team at Wells Fargo.

Job Responsibility:

Onboard, manage, and grow account relationships with Small Business customers ($1-25MM revenue)
Assess customer's financial needs and recommend financial products and services
Develop exceptional customer relationships with understanding of cash flow and small business operating cycle
Ensure overall success and growth of assigned portfolio by developing deeper relationships
Collaborate with internal small business partners to resolve customer or process issues
Engage in prospect activities and employ contact strategies for generating new small business relationships
Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives related to customer relationships and business growth

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Banking experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
3+ years of experience sourcing and/or managing a portfolio of clients with $1mm - $25mm in annual revenue
Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services
Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills
Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of Wells Fargo
3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
Established network in the local market
Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
BS/BA degree or higher
Must meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies
Must meet financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards
