Job Description

To manage and oversee multiple specialist water works projects (CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ONLY) - Reservoirs, tanks, pumphouses water reticulation etc: 1) Manage Supervisors and Resources On Site: Ensure they report daily progress reports % updated online. Ensure the Subcons, labours and materials sufficiency (10 days look ahead). Ensure daily site management of consumables & mats are sufficient (diesel, timbers, rebars, concrete - reservoir tank. Pipes, fittings, sand, crusher for pipeworks). Ensure MR (material requisitions for materials ) are done 10days ahead. 2) Liaise with project manager/supervisor for work coordination and execution. To ensure weekly coordination progress meetings with sub-con are carried out. 3) Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions. 4) Assist project manager on daily site monitoring & pushing subcon progress ahead of schedule. 5) Coordinate & manage supervisor/assistants to ensure daily RFI & pipelogs are prepared and submitted to COW & contracts for verification. ... 6) Coordinate with contracts department for initial post contract taking off materials to pre-order bulk for projects (Rebars, Concrete, pipes, fittings, etc). 7) Verification Subcon claims and preparations on kong cards (if any) to be verified daily by Contracts department online. 8) Verification of material delivery on site in accordance with quantity and specification.

Requirements

  • Experienced in water works projects preferable. Eg Pipeworks, Reservoir etc concerning CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL WORK
  • Candidates with experience for civil and structural works pertaining to highrise/ complexes are encouraged to apply
  • At least 3 Year(s) above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With Strong communication skills and execution abilities
  • Must have knowledge in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD software
