Job Description:

As a SRE Senior Analyst, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to enhance operational processes, workflows, and ensure system health. This role involves evaluating and resolving complex issues, leading teams, mentoring new colleagues, and contributing to significant projects.

Job Responsibility:

Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure system health and proactive issue detection
develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Shell, Python, Groovy) to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency
manage, monitor, and maintain Oracle or non-sql database such as MongoDB instances and J2EE-based applications in non-production environments
provide expert support and maintenance for J2EE-based applications deployed on various application servers (e.g., WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat)
proactively monitor and ensure the stability and health of development, testing, and staging environments
collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and development teams to orchestrate end-to-end application testing across environments
facilitate environment setup and efficient data provisioning for various testing cycles
actively assist in troubleshooting and resolving environment-related issues during testing phases
contribute to the migration of on-premise applications and databases to AWS cloud services (e.g., EKS, Aurora DB, SQS/SNS).

Requirements:

8+ years of hands-on experience in Application Development, DevOps, or Application Support roles
strong knowledge and practical experience with relational and non-sql databases, particularly Oracle and MongoDB
proficient with CI/CD tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and artifact repositories
excellent scripting skills in Shell, Python, Groovy, or other relevant languages
hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
strong analytical and quantitative skills
data-driven and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
experience with project management or program management methodologies
knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
excellent verbal and written communication skills
AWS Certification such as DevOps Engineer - Professional, Solutions Architect - Associate is a big plus.
