Job Description:

Senior Site Manager - £30M Student Accommodation - Southampton. This Tier 2 contractor has a proven track record across sectors such as Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential, and is known for delivering high-quality projects with a strong pipeline of future work.

Job Responsibility:

Day-to-day management of site operations on a £30M student accommodation scheme
Overseeing subcontractors, site staff, and health & safety compliance
Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure programme and quality standards are met

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
SMSTS certification
First Aid qualification
