Collaborate closely with the project management team, commercial team, and external stakeholders to flag risks early and implement practical solutions
Lead quality control inspections and manage the snagging and handover processes to ensure a flawless finish
Requirements
Full-Cycle Experience: A proven track record as a Senior Site Manager seeing major, large-scale projects through from inception/early stages to final delivery
Balanced Expertise: Equal strength and confidence managing both externals (cladding, facades, structures) and internals (fit-out, MEP integration, finishes)
Tier 1 Background: Prior experience working with a Tier 1 main contractor is highly desirable, bringing the structure, process, and standards required for a landmark scheme
Leadership: Strong presence on-site with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive progress under pressure
