Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the interface between BS/MEP and ABWF contractors to ensure proper alignment of installation sequencing, spatial allocation, and finishing requirements
  • Ensure all necessary builder’s works are accurately executed to support MEP installations
  • Coordinate and verify that MEP service routes, mounting positions, and equipment clearances are compatible with architectural and structural elements
  • Ensure contractors’ activities comply with approved drawings, method statements, installation procedures, and safety standards
  • Assist in resolving site constraints and technical conflicts through coordinated site meetings and follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in BS/MEP coordination within building, railway, or large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with ABWF trades is strongly preferred
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, BIM outputs, architectural details, and construction programmes
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
