A well-established and highly respected investment and wealth management firm is looking to appoint a SIPP Administrator to join their growing operations team. This business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality financial planning and investment solutions, with a long-standing presence in the market and a collaborative, people-first culture. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced pensions professional to support their expanding client base.
Job Responsibility:
Administering Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) from cradle to completion
Processing contributions, transfers, and benefit payments
Liaising with IFAs, clients, and third-party providers
Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and internal standards
Supporting senior team members on more complex cases where required
Requirements:
Previous experience in pensions administration (essential)
Experience with SIPPs or SSAS (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a proactive and professional approach
Nice to have:
Experience with SIPPs or SSAS
