Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Senior Shift Engineer is responsible for leading and supervising a team of shift engineers and technicians during a designated shift to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities, systems, and equipment. This includes guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. The role acts as the first line of leadership within the shift.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and supervising a team of shift engineers and technicians during a designated shift
Ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities, systems, and equipment
Ensuring all work is completed to Four Seasons’ ultra-luxury standards of quality, safety, and responsiveness
Requirements:
Technical diploma or equivalent certification in electrical, mechanical, or civil trades
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior technician role
Multi-skilled in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and masonry and other technical trades
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Knowledge of safety procedures, local codes, and building regulations
Effective communication in English
Professional appearance and guest-oriented mindset
Capacity to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and to respond to emergencies

Nice to have:
Experience in luxury hospitality/facilities will be considered an asset
Greek language knowledge advantageous
