This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. Senior Sexual Health Practitioner to join Via's sexual health service for the London Borough of Redbridge. Working across the borough, the successful candidate will be delivering high-quality, evidence-based sexual health services across a range of community settings, working with some of the borough's most vulnerable and marginalised populations, including young people, sex workers, and people who use substances. They will provide specialist advice, information, and treatment, manage partner notification processes, and contribute to clinical audit, health promotion, and the development of service pathways. As a senior practitioner, you will also play a key leadership role, line managing other practitioners, providing mentorship, and supporting the ongoing development of the team and service. You'll work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, building strong partnerships with statutory and voluntary sector organisations to extend the reach and impact of our sexual health offer across Redbridge.

Requirements:
Post-registration experience in sexual health
Specialist knowledge of sexual health and contraception
Ability to deliver evidence-based clinical care
Experience working with vulnerable and marginalized populations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Competence in partner notification processes
Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
Leadership and line management skills
Commitment to trauma-informed and non-judgemental care
