Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

complete daily settlement process, check/reconcile client settlement instructions (A-share, B-share, CIBM) against market trade record
contact local/overseas trade counterparties
communicate with client to chase instruction/funding
amend/repair non-STP instruction
post settlement checking
handle intra-day/end of day cash projection report and related inquiries
investigate and reply trade-related inquiries from client via SWIFT, e-mail and telephone etc.
handle Trade Performance Report and bespoke reports/requests requested by client
perform transactions in QFII clearing bank business and FMDB
Assist settlement manager to handle projects

Requirements:

Knowledge of local securities market regulations and practice and QFII/RQFII/CIBM related rules
Good command of English with good sense of custodian services standard
Ability to work under pressure
Good interpersonal communication and time management skill
PC knowledge and Excel/Work knowledge
Carefulness and patience
