Job Description

Seeking a highly hands-on Senior SET / SDET Engineer with strong Playwright automation and AWS experience. This role supports a large-scale platform modernization initiative migrating legacy applications into AWS cloud environments. The team needs a true 'plug-and-play' automation engineer who can contribute immediately in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain Playwright automation frameworks and scripts
  • Perform API and UI testing across cloud-based applications
  • Validate dynamic content and complex workflows
  • Work closely with engineering teams in Agile sprint cycles
  • Troubleshoot automation, integration, and testing issues
  • Support modernization and migration efforts into AWS

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright
  • Experience creating automation test scripts/frameworks from scratch
  • Heavy automation engineering background (not manual QA)
  • Strong experience with AWS
  • API and UI testing experience
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Background in software engineering/development
  • Experience with .NET or legacy application modernization
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments
