Requirements

  • ServiceNow Developer ServiceNow Platform, Workflow & Scripting, Flow Designer, Playbooks Service Catalog Design Integration, Rest API, Scripted API, Integration Hub Configure and Customize SPM
  • Module Project and Portfolio Management Workspace, Enterprise Agile Planning, Safe Agile 2.0
  • Resource Management, Time Card and Financial Configuration Performance Analytics
  • Proven experience of delivering solutions using ServiceNow development best practices
  • Knowledge of Core Platform, Business Rules, UI workflows, Forms Design Integration, Service Catalog Design, Scripted API etc.
  • Core experience on SPM PPM Implementation
  • Data Migration from other tools to SPM Modules i.e. Project Management & Workspace, Resource Management Workspace, Time sheet policies setup, Configuration Labor Rate cards, SPM Benchmarks
  • Configuration knowledge on Agile Development 2.0, financials for Portfolio Planning, Strategic Portfolio Management Workspace, Integration of Agile Work Items with PPM
  • Expected hands on with all ServiceNow components such as Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications, etc.
  • Experience in Automation suites i.e. Flow & Playbooks
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
  • Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
  • Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
  • Contributing unit tests using team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution
  • Expected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 3-5 years
