Job Responsibility:
Manage ServiceNow strategy, architecture (roadmap), version upgrades, and integrations
Lead operations and projects for the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and Agile sprint management
Create high-level technical documentation (Architecture & Design), lead governance meetings, and manage license procurement
Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure platform outcomes align with agency goals
Requirements:
Valid ServiceNow certifications and demonstrated experience in platform management
Expert-level knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM management
Proven track record in leadership and governance within a complex ICT environment
Extensive experience managing ServiceNow platforms, specifically within government (Protected/Official Sensitive) environments
Strong background in ITSM consulting, support, and management using ITIL v4 frameworks
Ability to define value streams and implement SIAM models to enhance collaboration between service partners
Proven experience managing technical teams and leading cross-functional modernization initiatives
