Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, integrations, and automation. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow’s architecture, scripting, and best practices, along with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
Write, test, and deploy scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other scripting languages
Work on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules as required
Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID servers
Improve application performance and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues
Ensure adherence to security policies and ITIL best practices
Guide junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Assist with ServiceNow version upgrades and testing new features

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
